Since becoming a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in 2015 I have worked in diverse settings, but my focus and passion has always been on lifelong holistic family wellness. I believe that in order to heal, process, or explore oneself - a safe, compassionate, empowering, and authentic environment must be created. I strive to do this by bringing my whole, perfectly imperfect, self into session and want you to come as you are. This way, we can work together to create a partnership where what you want, need, and believe, is valued foremost.

After becoming a Mom in 2020, my focus shifted to working with individuals who identify as highly sensitive, deeply feeling, and/or neurodivergent children, teens, and adults. Alongside becoming certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, I am also working towards a credential in working with neurodiverse populations and pursuing my Registered Clinical Social Work (RCSW) designation with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW). I completed a Masters of Clinical Social Work in 2019.
