Trauma doesn’t always look like one big event. Sometimes it’s what didn’t happen— emotional neglect, chronic stress, disconnection. I work with clients who feel shut down, stuck, or overwhelmed by their past, but aren’t sure where to begin.
In our work together, you’ll never be pushed to “go deeper” before you’re ready. We move at your pace, with your nervous system as our guide.
